This sequel, Terminator 4, leads off the 2009 movies summer season and takes place post-apocalypse and post-Arnold Schwartzenegger, who is unavailable to star while serving as Governor of the State of California, but let's say cameo please? In Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins the action starts out in a fictitious post-apocalyptic year 2018, during the war between man and machine after judgment day. It revolves around John Connor and Kyle Reese from the lst Terminator, as well as new characters.


The hero John Connor (played by Christian Bale), begins leadership of the human resistance against Skynet's machine hegemony. From Warner Brothers Studios, Terminator Salvation 2009 picks up a few years later, with John Connor leading human resistance against Skynet and its army of robotic Terminators. The anticipated future he expected is rocked by the appearance of Marcus Wright (Sam Worthington), a Terminator bot whose last memory is of being on death row. Connor must figure out whether Marcus has been sent from the future, or rescued from the past. As Skynet prepares its final offensive, Connor and Marcus both embark on an adventure that takes them into the core of Skynet's operations. There they discover a dark secret that could lead to the annihilation of mankind.
